Commercial HVAC Sales Representative
Location: Tulsa, OK (Candidates must have recent sales experience in the Tulsa commercial HVAC market.)

Triad Service Co is a long-standing Tulsa HVAC company serving homes and businesses since 2000. Our reputation is built on trust, responsiveness, and taking care of customers year-round with reliable service and support.
We're hiring a commercial HVAC salesperson who knows the Tulsa market and can grow relationships with local businesses, primarily by selling commercial maintenance agreements and expanding recurring service partnerships. This is not an on-call role and follows a standard weekday schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Sell commercial HVAC maintenance agreements to Tulsa-area accounts
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and active accounts
- Conduct site visits, assess needs, and present solutions clearly
- Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track activity, proposals, and follow-ups to consistently hit targets
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of commercial HVAC sales experience (Tulsa market)
- Strong focus/track record in selling maintenance agreements (preferred)
- Established familiarity with Tulsa-area commercial customers and territory
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Must have sold within the Tulsa market recently (local-market requirement)
Pay and benefits:
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 base per year + commission (uncapped)
- Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision
- Simple IRA with 100% match up to 3%
- PTO starts after year one and grows over time (up to 6 weeks)
- Standard schedule: Mon-Fri, ~8-5 (no on-call)
